About Linda
Linda Allington is not only a faithful volunteer at the rescue — she also has deep roots here. She and her husband once owned the very property that is now home to CNEER, where they raised cows before selling it to the rescue about 10 years ago.

Linda still comes every Saturday, bringing Vicky her Dunkin’ coffee and lending a hand with barn chores. A true animal lover, she’s especially adored by the rescue’s two dogs, Ripley and Emmie Lou, who can hardly contain their excitement when she arrives.

Everyone loves Linda — and it’s easy to see why.
